Requirements:
- Collaborate with team to identify current and future staffing needs especially on Sales roles.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Have an experience recruiting sales team in distribution company is plus point
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques especially on Sales roles.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
