Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and oversee comprehensive performance review systems, including annual reviews and 360-degree feedback mechanisms
- Partner with another HR teams to provide coaching and constructive feedback to employees
- Develop and implement personal development plans to support employee growth
- Identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership roles
- Create succession planning strategies for key positions
- Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs aligned with business objectives
- Ensure fair and consistent performance evaluation processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR with focus on performance management
- Strong knowledge of performance management systems and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in developing and implementing talent development programs
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, such as UUTK (Undang-Undang Tenaga Kerja), Kemnaker (Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan), BPJSTK (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja), etc.
