Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Jobs Descriptions : 
- Develop innovative and creative furniture designs, based on guidelines from customers and company owners.
- Coordinate closely together with other designers and the engineering, costing, sales and marketing teams.
- Translate designs into finished products. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of drafting standards, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail, project quality and adherent to timelines.
- Propose new designs ideas , new materials and innovative ideas.
- Making BOM (Build of Material).
 
Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in product design, engineering or equivalent.
- 5-10 years’ experience in furniture design, and in-depth knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes and industry trend3. 
- Combining analytical engineering knowledge with an aesthetical sense for materials, textures and proportions and a profound understanding of ergonomics.
- Good communication skills, Critical thinker, organized, and creative. 
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with other departments.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D rendering. (Able to draw fast)
- Able to work on-site in Semarang (Indonesia)
