We are looking for a seasoned financial strategist with exceptional analytical skills and a proven track record of success to join our team as a Head of Accounting.

Job Descriptions:
- Setup systems for accounting, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and taxation
- Train, manage, and lead a team of accountants
- Prepare end-of-month cost reports
- Prepare quarterly PNL Statements
- Prepare Annual Financial Report
- Coordinate with independent auditors
- Prepare and manage budgets for various departments
- Prepare Forecast reports
- Approve purchases and controlling expenses
- Supervise daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reconciliation and stock verification
- Evaluating profitability, efficiency, processes, and team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economy, or related field
- Min. 8 years of experience in general accounting
- Has a good understanding on Accounting, Tax Principles, GL Function, and Accounting Software
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office
- Has a high sense of responsibility and detail oriented
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to communicate in English as needed
- Willing to be positioned in BSB City, Semarang
- Preferably residing in Semarang
