Responsibilities :

Overall responsibility for directing the financial affairs of the Company by developing/implementing/controlling financial policies/strategies
Ensure that all financial recording processes are carried out as per established accounting standards / group guidelines and statutory requirements to ensure reliability of financial statements.
Oversee day-to-day operations in finance, management information systems, and Information Technology and support/ guide the teams to ensure effective functioning.
Establish, monitor and improve control processes over all financial transactions, assets, treasury, insurance and other relevant resources
Optimize the Free Cash Flow of the Company through effective working capital and Capex management.
Develop and maintain relationships with all relevant external institutes, including tax and regulatory authorities, bankers, external auditors, tax consultants, etc in order to ensure the services required by the organisation are delivered in the most effective and compliant manner
Demonstrate effective people management skills so as to motivate the team, identify performance gaps, and develop skills to meet current and future challenges. Provide effective leadership and guidance to the Finance function and team in the Company.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting and or equivalent professional qualification such as CIMA/ACCA/CA.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in textile industry).
Communicate effectively with people across the organization.
Must be fluent in English both written and spoken.
Well organized and able to make quick/effective decisions.
Must be willing to work in Semarang (Central Java).
