In the role of Head of Finance, you will be tasked with managing the financial health and strategy of a our reputable client. This position requires a deep understanding of finance control and accounting principles, as well as a strategic mindset to drive the financial success of their manufacturing operation in Indonesia

Our client is a global consumer good manufacturer, with a considerable workforce across multiple sites. The company places a strong emphasis on innovation, quality and efficiency in their operations, and is renowned for their product. They are currently looking to hire an experienced finance controller to lead their finance division in Indonesia.
Description
As a Head of Finance, your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead finance division and daily operations to meet the strategic goal set for the department
- Analyze financial performance, including profitability, cost control, and efficiency, to provide insights for management decision-making.
- Report on key financial metrics, including cost of goods sold (COGS), margins, inventory, and production costs.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets, improve financial operations, and reduce risk.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding accounting, tax, and financial reporting.
- Prepare financial reports and communicate company performance to regional leaders
- Provide financial insight to local CEO and regional Finance Director
Profile
A successful Head of Finance should have:
- A solid educational background in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Demonstrated 5 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated success as a Head of Finance or Finance Controller
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax, internal controls, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skill and fluent English language
- Good with MS office tools and custom/accounting application
