About The Company:
- The working venue is in Central Java.
- Our client is looking for Head of HR.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and regulatory.
- Oversee the development and implementation of the HRIS to optimize HR operations, including recruitment, employee records, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the HRIS, making improvements as necessary to enhance functionality and efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics, including recruitment, retention, and HRIS performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR Information Systems (HRIS) is essential.
