Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Establish, monitor, and evaluate work objectives, strategic plans, and other management programs/strategies across all divisions and services, aligning with the hospital’s vision and mission.
- Lead management discussions on cost optimization and spearhead new initiatives to manage the hospital’s OPEX and CAPEX.
- Represent the hospital in building its image and developing good relationships to foster trust with external parties and partner doctors/specialists.
- Drive and act as an agent of change for initiatives/programs/projects to be implemented and instill a high-quality work culture in delivering services to patients, their families, visitors, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the implementation of programs and set standards carried out by committees and teams within the hospital to ensure that programs meet the hospital’s measures, components, and needs.
- Analyze current trends and practices, and consistently recognize changes in market share and competitor needs to ensure the hospital maintains the highest standards of practice.
- Create, implement, oversee, and take action related to the hospital’s safety culture improvement programs, including the implementation of codes of conduct, education, information, and resources to support the safety culture program in the hospital.

- Knowledge of Indonesian hospital regulations and accreditation requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a similar position or 5 years of experience as Ancillary Services and Medical Affairs Division Head
