PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our client, a Multinational Packaging Manufacturing Company, who is looking for an HR Assistant Manager (Semarang)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback processes.
- Help monitor employee performance and provide coaching to managers on performance improvement strategies.
- Assist in the recruitment process for various positions in the manufacturing plant, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and manage staffing levels.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring fair treatment and adherence to company policies.
- Organize and manage employee engagement activities and programs that promote positive morale and motivation.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies, particularly in relation to manufacturing environments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys or feedback mechanisms and assist in implementing retention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Good communication in English
- Willing to work based in Semarang area
