Currently we need the strong Tax, Account Receivable and Treasury Assistant Manager in our manufacturing area with the following jobs and requirements:
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Human Resource Management / Finance / Accounting
- Must Fluent in English both spoken & written
- Experience min 5 years as Compensation & Benefit , Payroll,
- Experience in using HR System tools, Talenta would be preferable
- Excellent in using Microsoft office tools, especially Ms. Excel
- Experience in Tax and calculation, Grading, regulation. Etc.
- Have knowledge of current employment rules and regulations
- Have an understanding of various types of incentives and benefits
- Have strong calculation and analytical skills
- Have Experience in Manufacturing Company would be preferable
Job Description :
- Monitoring employee absences and calculate payroll every month
- Perform administrative processes related to HR (employee database input, document checking, and others)
- Control payment, salaries, benefits and other from on time
- Check claim which will be sent and payment based on payment report
- Responsible for administration related to compensation & benefit,
