Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Currently we need the strong Tax, Account Receivable and Treasury Assistant Manager in our manufacturing area with the following jobs and requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Human Resource Management / Finance / Accounting
  • Must Fluent in English both spoken &amp written
  • Experience min 5 years as Compensation &amp Benefit , Payroll,
  • Experience in using HR System tools, Talenta would be preferable
  • Excellent in using Microsoft office tools, especially Ms. Excel
  • Experience in Tax and calculation, Grading, regulation. Etc.
  • Have knowledge of current employment rules and regulations
  • Have an understanding of various types of incentives and benefits
  • Have strong calculation and analytical skills
  • Have Experience in Manufacturing Company would be preferable

Job Description :

  • Monitoring employee absences and calculate payroll every month
  • Perform administrative processes related to HR (employee database input, document checking, and others)
  • Control payment, salaries, benefits and other from on time
  • Check claim which will be sent and payment based on payment report
  • Responsible for administration related to compensation &amp benefit,
