Key Responsibilities
- Process registration or extension documents for foreign workers (DISNAKER, IMTA, KITAS, PASPORD, etc.)
- Manages workforce management with the government as well as work health and safety programs for employees.
- Arrange employee agreements or contracts based on a proper scoring system and fair standards.
- Provide administrative sections to employees who commit violations.
- Organize promotion, demotion, mutation and dismissal of employees with the approval of the Board of Directors.
- Prevents and resolves legal/social problems that arise
- Coordinate employee activities & events
- Manage office facilities (Cleanliness, security, & building maintenance)
- Manage office inventory & company assets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Management or a related field
- Min 3 years of experience in handling legal & company assets
- 1-3 years experience in human resources for manufacturing
- Has strong knowledge of labor regulations, manages the company’s assets, and takes care of the permit
- Has strong leadership, problem solver, detail oriented, and good communication skill
- Fluent in English
- Domicile in Semarang and the surrounding area
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
