Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience as an HRD & GA Manager in a Manufacturing Industry or in large companies
• Fluent in English Communication 
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate programs to address them.
• Skill in conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Ability to make strategic decisions and provide direction for HR and general affairs functions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Ability to address employee relations issues and general affairs challenges.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant software tools.
• Upholding a high level of integrity and ethics, especially when dealing with sensitive HR matters.
• Understanding of environmental management principles and experience in implementing environmental sustainability practices.
• Placement in Semarang and North Jakarta
