About The Company:
- The working venue is in Central Java.
- Our client is a Japanese Energy company. Currently, they are looking for HR General Manager. 
Job Responsibilities:
- All of general HRGA job role and management.
- Setting and improving internal systems, setting salary regulations, evaluation regulations, promotion regulations, etc. with 360-degree thought *Especially Promotion regulation. Currently there are 11 ranks but need to increase it with grade to maintain and improve employee’s working motivation.
- Industrial relation (Communicating with all  members including workers on the field) *Shift management Payroll calculation, punishment, etc need to do flexible change and action based on license or legal rule’s change.
- New HRIS selection (Based on company situation, will select suitable system), and designing required function and layout, implementation and migration, and also maintaining and updating based on law & regulation update.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Business level English.
- HRGA Senior manager General manager experience in IPP/Energy/Manufacturing company which has shifting employee.
- Person who can accomplish all three missions below:
- Strong experience of Industrial relations “Maintaining good relationship with members by communicating with field workers daily”.
- Strong implementation experience of HR evaluation / Salary system implementation &Kaizen especially grade system to make separation for higher possibility to get promotion regularly.
- Strong experience of implementing new HRIS system from scratch which has system of salary payroll system for Shift members)..
- Soft skill : Responsible, Carry out to the end of PJ, Attentive, Courageous
