Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for industrial relations, employee relations, internal and external communication
- Socialize company policies to all employee and the companies
- Maintain communication with regulators
 
Specific Requirement:
- Education minimum Bachelor (Law preferred)
- Have experience as Industrial and Employee Relations minimum 3 years
- Can speak in English will be advantage
- Have knowledge with working/ labour regulation
- Has good relationship with goverment, labour, IR Court, and other 
- Good communication skill and good personality
- Good in time management
- Familiar with Ms. Office, Google Drive and another tools needed
- Willing to work in Kendal, Central Java
