Job Description
- Carry out company policies and HRD management systems
- Recruit & select employees according to company needs
- Maintain employee records, update databases, and handle employee inquiries.
- Handle BPJS TK (Employee Social Security), KS (Work Accident Insurance), and Health Insurance.
- Manage salaries and benefits and create slips/reports for the company and employees.
- Master and understand Labor Laws and Regulations and applicable updates.
- Resolving employment problems internally and externally, Responsible for industrial relations which also includes disputes between employees, internal communications, employee relations, complaints, termination of employment.
- Responsible for generalist HR operational activities
- Understand company licensing procedures and be responsible for company legal documents
- Able to prepare KPIs & handle employee discipline
- Bridging management and employee relationships by handling demands, complaints, or other issues
- Maintain relationships and communicate with public and external parties to ensure everything is in order and deal with related parties if there is any conflict arise
- Analyze and provide data on company regulations and government regulation
Qualification :
- Maximum age 46 years 
- Minimum education: Bachelor of Laws or equivalent. 
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same position & Human Capital
- Management Have a spirit of leadership & integrity, good and responsible analytical, administrative, communication, negotiation, mediation and problem solving skills. 
- Mastering the scope of work in Payroll, Recruitment, Training, HR Legal, Industrial Relations and HR Generalist Thorough, responsible, honest, disciplined, consistent, able to work under pressure and high commitment
- Have active English language skills both oral and written 
- Have good interpersonal and time management skill
- Well knowledge about the legal and regulatory frame work of foreign workers
- Able to provide motivation, direction and evaluation to his team
- Can work individually and in a team
