Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
 
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, human resource administration, employee communications, industrial relations, and HR services.
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
- Develop HR strategies and execution plans, including the creation of HR policies, company regulations, and change management procedures.
- Conduct budgeting and manpower planning exercises.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in all HR.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to HR practices in Indonesia.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
