Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the recruitment of the company’s personnel, perform recruitment according to the company’s human needs and implement the recruitment tasks
- Responsible for the management and implementation of employee entry, resignation, regularization, post adjustment and salary adjustment
- Responsible for the formulation and implementation of various training and evaluation programs of the company
- Prepare and revise the company system and the disposal of labor contracts in accordance with the Indonesian “Labor Law”
- Familiar with Indonesian labor laws and social security policies, responsible for employee attendance, salary calculation and payment, personal tax and social security issues.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources or business management
- More than 5 years working experience in large-scale manufacturing companies with more than 500 people
- Able to speak Mandarin will be advantage, english is a must
- Proficient in using various office software
- Recognize and practice the company’s values, integrity/hard work/innovation/win-win
- Ability to work results-oriented.
- Willing to work in Kendal, Central Java
- Willing work ASAP

- 负责公司人员招募,根据公司人力需求执行招聘并落实招聘任务的达成;
- 负责员工入职、离职、转正、调岗调薪等相关事务的管理和实施;
- 负责公司各类培训和考评方案制定和实施工作;
- 根据印尼“劳工法”编制、修订公司制度和劳动合同的处置;
- 熟悉印尼劳动法和社保政策,负责员工的考勤、薪酬计算和发放、个税以及社保问题的办理。
 
岗位资格:
- 本科以上学历,人力资源或企业管理等相关专业;
- 30岁以上;
- 有5年以上500人以上规模制造业公司工作经验(中资公司背景最佳);
- 流利的书面和口语中文及英语沟通能力;
- 熟练运用各种办公软件;
- 认可并践行公司价值观,诚信/拼搏/创新/共赢;
- 自驱力强,不畏惧困难,具有强大的学习力;
- 能够以结果为导向的工作。
