Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a HR Supervisor or Manager role.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prepare and manage employee recruitment, considering input from the Management and CEO.
- Prepare working contracts for employees and draft decrees for permanent employees.
- Maintain good relationships with other companies, institutions, and government bodies.
- Prepare and manage employee promotions in coordination with the relevant Head of Department (HoD).
- Maintain employee statistical data.
- Prepare insurance rates (BPJS TK and BPJS Kesehatan), calculate annual wage fees, and manage any changes.
- Process payroll, compensation, and benefits, ensuring the timely payment of employee remuneration.
- Calculate and manage withholding tax (PPH21 – Employee Tax).
- Prepare the wage structure and wage scale based on the organizational structure.
- Maintain employee attendance records, including annual leave, sick leave, and other leave types in compliance with labor laws.
- Address disciplinary issues in coordination with the relevant HoD and determine sanctions as necessary.
- Conduct employee evaluations in coordination with the relevant HoD, either annually or semi annually.
- Review SOPs and job descriptions in collaboration with Management.
- Draft and update company regulations based on Management’s suggestions, coordinating with the Ministry of Labor for validation.
- Manage employee development and training programs and act as a counselor for employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Owner / CEO.
