Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement effective recruitment processes
- Design structured HR systems
- Manage employee performance assessments.
- Lead the HR team in their respective duties
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Law or equivalent.
- Expertise in Human Capital Organization Development and Talent Acquisition.
- Understanding of labor laws and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
- Proficiency in psychological test tools.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Active or passive proficiency in English is preferred.
