Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor degree from reputable University majoring Psychology/Human Resources or Bachelor degree of Law or related disciplines.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRGA Manager preferably in manufacture.
  3. Strong knowledge about Industrial Relation.
  4. Strong knowledge about Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  5. Budgeting and management skills.
  6. Organizational design and strategy skills
  7. Proficient in microsoft office
  8. Possess good interpersonal skill, leadership, analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation skill.
  9. Experience in Japanese manufacturing company is a plus.
  10. Possess HR Certification and has a General K3 expert Certification is a plus.
  11. Ability to cope with stress and meet deadlines.
  12. Rigorous and professional.
  13. Excellent in computer program related with HR administration.
  14. Fluency in English is a must.

Job Description:

  1. Establish, manage, and maintain employee and industrial relations in conducive and positive climate in accordance with Government Laws &amp Regulations, Company Regulation, Policies and Procedures.
  2. The Head of HR will focus on building a solid foundation in activities and procedures related to HR concepts like Talent Acquisition, Competence Development, Dynamic Workforce, Leadership, Total Reward System, Diversity &amp Inclusion.
  3. Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, payroll processing, PPh21, incentive, and employee benefits enrolment.
  4. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  5. Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program counselling managers on candidate selection conducting and analyzing exit interviews recommending changes.
  6. Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  7. Maintain pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys scheduling and conducting job evaluations preparing pay budgets monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  8. Maintain employees’ benefit programs.
  9. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource Indonesian government requirements conducting investigations maintaining records representing the organization at hearings.
  10. Maintain human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  11. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  12. Monitor headcount status against budget. turnover rate, analyze manpower, and propose retention measures.
  13. Provide general supporting activities such as the administration of company regulations legal documents and permits factory &amp office cleanliness and company transportation.
  14. Cost control on administrative expenses and control of fixed assets of the company.
  15. Do planning, monitoring, and appraising job results coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  16. Supervise and manage subordinates.
  17. Building a strong work culture.
  18. Ensure continuous improvement on HR Division, Policies and Processes (ie. Manpower Planning, Organization and Job Design, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning &amp Development, Compensation &amp Benefit, and Culture Building) by analysing data and present insights.
  19. Administer and setting process Recruitment, Promotion, Movement (Transferring, Rotation or Mutation), Termination, Retirement etc.
  20. Coach, mentor and enable the team to maximize performance as well as supporting the learning and development of HR team.
  21. Responsible for personnel administration included payroll, leave, sick, medical expense, meal and transport expense.
  22. Make reports to management regarding all HRGA responsibilities.
  23. Responsible for General Affairs (security, building maintenance, assets, legal document, etc).
