Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree from reputable University majoring Psychology/Human Resources or Bachelor degree of Law or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRGA Manager preferably in manufacture.
- Strong knowledge about Industrial Relation.
- Strong knowledge about Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Budgeting and management skills.
- Organizational design and strategy skills
- Proficient in microsoft office
- Possess good interpersonal skill, leadership, analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation skill.
- Experience in Japanese manufacturing company is a plus.
- Possess HR Certification and has a General K3 expert Certification is a plus.
- Ability to cope with stress and meet deadlines.
- Rigorous and professional.
- Excellent in computer program related with HR administration.
- Fluency in English is a must.
 
Job Description:
- Establish, manage, and maintain employee and industrial relations in conducive and positive climate in accordance with Government Laws & Regulations, Company Regulation, Policies and Procedures.
- The Head of HR will focus on building a solid foundation in activities and procedures related to HR concepts like Talent Acquisition, Competence Development, Dynamic Workforce, Leadership, Total Reward System, Diversity & Inclusion.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, payroll processing, PPh21, incentive, and employee benefits enrolment.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program counselling managers on candidate selection conducting and analyzing exit interviews recommending changes.
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Maintain pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys scheduling and conducting job evaluations preparing pay budgets monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
- Maintain employees’ benefit programs.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource Indonesian government requirements conducting investigations maintaining records representing the organization at hearings.
- Maintain human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Monitor headcount status against budget. turnover rate, analyze manpower, and propose retention measures.
- Provide general supporting activities such as the administration of company regulations legal documents and permits factory & office cleanliness and company transportation.
- Cost control on administrative expenses and control of fixed assets of the company.
- Do planning, monitoring, and appraising job results coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Supervise and manage subordinates.
- Building a strong work culture.
- Ensure continuous improvement on HR Division, Policies and Processes (ie. Manpower Planning, Organization and Job Design, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefit, and Culture Building) by analysing data and present insights.
- Administer and setting process Recruitment, Promotion, Movement (Transferring, Rotation or Mutation), Termination, Retirement etc.
- Coach, mentor and enable the team to maximize performance as well as supporting the learning and development of HR team.
- Responsible for personnel administration included payroll, leave, sick, medical expense, meal and transport expense.
- Make reports to management regarding all HRGA responsibilities.
- Responsible for General Affairs (security, building maintenance, assets, legal document, etc).
Performs other duties as assigned and required
