Main Responsibilities:
1.Provides as one interface of contact for management and employees.
2. Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes for assigned groups of employees based on Group guidance and HR Management instructions. Oversees implementation of all HR processes within area of responsibility, including workforce planning, people administration, succession planning, performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, remuneration, retention, engagement, training and development and other processes as applicable
3. Partners with other colleagues within the immediate HR network to achieve the targets through business and HR action plans
4. Partners with business leaders in the relevant local function to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes and policies in order to support business strategy
5. Represents HR in the business, builds partnerships between employees, HR and Managers
6. Offers HR solutions and collects feedback for continuous improvement
7. Ensures compliance with legislation and HR policies, and adherence to standards in all areas of responsibility
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software.
