We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure workplace harmony.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws.
- Drive performance management and employee development programs.
Qualifications:
- Maximum age 45 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or HRM with GPA > 3.00
- 5 years experience as an HR manager
- Have a strong leadership spirit
- Have good communication and coordination skills
- Familiar with ISO 9001, 45001, 14001
- Understand the labour law
- Familiar with the HRIS system
- Able to compile a Competency Matrix
- Understand the Talent Management System
- Understand about Hazardous Waste treatment
- Understand about HSE
- Manufacturing / Industrial experience is preferred
