- Minimum 2 years experience as HR / GA is a must

- Understand about PHI ( industrial relationship )

- Understand company regulations and systems

Job Description :
- Ensuring that the organization is legally compliant with country-specific labor laws.
- Dealing with concerns such as complaints, disciplining employees, and workplace safety.
- Managing risks related to the rate at which a company hires, retains, manages, and lets go of employees.
- Assisting in performance management processes.
- Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans.
- Employee records: Maintaining employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
