We seek a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition strategy and execution. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing effective recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and managing a recruitment team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the company’s staffing needs.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Lead, train, and mentor the recruitment team to achieve set objectives and improve performance.
- Collaborate with department managers to clearly understand their hiring needs and timelines.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Implement and maintain recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
- Manage the candidate selection process, including screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other potential sources of high-quality candidates.
- Oversee the job offer process, including negotiating and finalizing job offers.
- Continuously improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices, trends, and legal requirements.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
