Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree any major (Psychology, Law, Management)
- Work experience in foreign-funded enterprises, proficient in English
- 3-5 years or more of relevant experience is required, especially in recruitment, training, employee relations or labor relations management
- Familiar with various recruitment channels (such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.) and interview skills
- Familiar with HR management software (such as SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People)
- Strong knowledge of HR management, Labour laws and policies
- High sense of responsibility and professional ethics, good organizational skills and time management skills, attention to details, and ability to handle confidential information
- Good at resolving employee conflicts and mediating disputes. Experience in formulating and implementing employee training programs
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Willing work in Kawasan Industri Kendal, Jawa Tengah
