Requirement:
Degree in Human Resources, or related field
Minimum 3 years of working experience as HR Supervisor (Property background company is a plus)
In-depth knowledge of labor law, BPJS, and employee regulations
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Excellent training, negotiation and presentation skills.
Placement in Semarang
Able to join ASAP (immediately)
Preferably those with experience in property
Job Description:
Manage and supervise all core HR related areas, including employee relations, internal-external recruitment, selection process, employee engangement, compensation & benefit, and improving HR database.
Understand payroll process
Interpret and advise on labor law
Manage the implementation of employement policies and ensure all them are applied
Oversee performance management and determining relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
BSc in Human Resources Management, Organization Development, or relevant field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creativity, persistence and networking skills
Experience with sourcing technique
