Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We started our business in manufacturing Ceramic Tableware, Sanitary, and Furniture on 78 Ha of land in West Semarang, Central Java. Our group also operate Hospital, Property and Hotels. To strengthen our business objectives, we are looking for HR Supervisor with the following qualifications:

Qualifications&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp :

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Legal/equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of experiences in Human Resources
  • Have solid full spectrum of experiences in Human Resource Management (recruitment, industrial relations, training and development, talent management, performance management, succession plan and C&ampB)
  • Have a good communication and interpersonal skill, as well as capable in adapting to new environment
  • Have a strong leadership, analytical thinking and decision making
  • Have solid experiences in implementing 5S in the office environment and/or setup Management System.
  • Capable in doing payroll calculation and execution
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Willing to be placed in Semarang

Responsibilities&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp :

  • Manage 30-50 office employees
  • Create and monitor employment contracts
  • Conduct employee’s recruitment, training, transfer, promotion, etc.
  • Implement talent management and succession plan
  • Create, develop, and implement HR program, as well as SOP
