Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are looking for an experienced HR Training &amp Development to lead our employee development initiatives through hosting creative training events and educational programs. This role requires a professional who is adept at driving cultural change and enhancing workforce performance through effective training strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and the ability to measure and assess staff training needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs that address the company’s needs and objectives.
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs by assessing strengths and weaknesses.
  • Apply adult learning principles and incorporate this into curriculum design and development.
  • Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Implement innovative training methods and tools, including e-learning platforms and on-the-job training.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with department managers to facilitate ongoing professional development for all employees.
  • Manage the onboarding training program for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in corporate training and development.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of training professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a training and development role.
  • Strong knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and a strong understanding of agile culture is a significant plus. This includes valuing principles like collaboration, flexibility, and iterative progress in training programs and overall organizational development.
