Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Conduct thorough assessments of training needs across different levels and departments within the organization.
- Collaborate with HR partners and departmental heads to identify skill gaps and training priorities
- Analyze performance metrics, feedback, and industry trends to inform training strategies
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs
- tailored to address identified needs and objectives. 
- Create engaging training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules
- Incorporate various instructional methods and technologies to optimize learning outcomes
- Ensure training programs align with organizational goals, values, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct training sessions through various delivery methods including in-person workshops, virtual classrooms, and webinars.
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences, encouraging participant engagement and knowledge retention.
- Adapt training content and delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences
- Provide constructive feedback and support to participants to facilitate skill development
- Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives
- Gather feedback from participants, trainers, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvemen
- Analyze training evaluation data to measure learning outcomes and ROI (Return on Investment)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine training programs based on evaluation results and changing organizational needs.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including HR teams, department managers, and subject matter experts.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to leverage expertise and resources for training initiatives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment of training goals and objectives with organizational priorities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business management, education, or related field
- Experienced in using assessment tools and techniques
- Min. 3 years’ experience in related fields (preferably manufacturing).
- Experienced in Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Confident in public speaking and controlling situations.
- Highly persuasive and a friendly face of our HR Department.
- Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training technologies.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other training software.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR practices, talent management, and organizational development concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to create and improve training material effectively.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office, internet, email, AI, social media, etc.)
- Must be fluent in English.
- Willing to commute between Semarang and Karanganyar occasionally
- Able to be positioned in BSB City, Semarang.
