We are seeking a personable, experienced human resources business partner to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for managing recruitment, selection and acquisition activities for new talents in head office and new business unit functions in accordance with company policy, as well as managing the implementation of human resource management for organizations. Job requirements: 
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resource management, business, communications, or related field
- 5 years of experience in performing wide range of HR generalist duties
- Previous experience in human resources, professional development and training, or employee relations a plus
- Good knowledge regarding UU TK & Cipta Kerja
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Consultancy skills, specifically diagnosis and contracting
- Excellent coaching and relationship building skills
- Solutions orientation balanced with delivery focus
- Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills within a process environment
- Placement : West Java, East Java & Central Java
