HRD Manager
Job Description :
- Responsible for all human resources activities.
- Elaborating and implementing personal sourcing strategy together with board management.
- Develop and implement employee recruitment systems.
- Ensuring smooth and on time payroll.
- Monitoring presence of workers (leave, sick and permission).
- Maintaining and ensuring legal compliance in employment.
- Monitoring the data of insurance (BPJS) : register for new workers, deactivate for employees comes out, calculate the insurance payment.
- Supervise, coordinating and directing tasks to the cleaning service, gardener, maintenance and security.
Qualification :
- Candidate must process at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience preferably Manager / Assistant Manager specialized in HR or equivalent.
- Computer literate
- Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding in labor law, regulation and policies.
