About us
We are seeking an experienced HRD Specialist to join our new setup team in Semarang. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily human resource functions while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications & experience
- Professional HR Certification (HRMP, PHR, or equivalent)
- Min S1 from any major
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or related field
- Min 4 years of HR Experience in Indonesia
- Fluent in Bahasa Mandarin & Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office & HRIS Systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details
Tasks & responsibilities
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures when necessary
- Manage full cycle recruitment process, include job posting, screening, interviewing and onboarding new employees
- Handle employee relations matter and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR Documentation
- Able to use payroll software to process payroll, BPJS, PPH, calculate sales incentives and benefits
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures when necessary
- Coordinate training and development program for employees
- Coordinate company staff events and build strong rapport & team work
