Qualifications:
- Male / Female
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in HR GA and Legal
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge of Labor Law
- Understanding of HR management and job analysis
- Assertive, disciplined, agile, meticulous, and responsible
- Good communication skills
- Good command in English
- Computer Literate
- Positive attitude,good leadership, open-minded, motivated, with a willingness to learn and improve
- Willing to travel for business
JOB DESC :
- Conducting Recruitment & Selection processes (Collecting/evaluating Workforce Demand Plans, Posting Job Ads, Sorting Applications, Calling Candidates, Initial Interviews, Induction & Placement)
- Collecting & managing Candidate Database
- Ensuring the completeness of employee data and administration
- Creating SOPs, Job Descriptions, KPIs, and company regulations
- Conducting training and employee development
- Responsible for managing employment contracts
- Understanding labor laws
- Checking the compensation and benefits system for employees in accordance with company policies
- Responsible for employee database, attendance, payroll, and other benefit payments
- Administering HRGA (internal memos, transfers, demotions, etc.)
