Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment specialist:
- Make concept, manage, and also conduct the recruitment process
- Handle database of applicant and their recruitment status
- Conduct the psychological test and interview
Payroll Specialist:
- Handle daily employee attendance and abnormality attendance
- Handle Payroll
- Maintain BPJS TK & Kes
Specific Requirement:
- Education minimum Bachelor (Psychology&Accounting prefeable)
- Have experience as Recruitment / Payroll minimum 2 years
- Have experience as recruiter in manufacture industry, handling level up (supervisor to manager) will be advantage
- Excellent in English
- Master in Excel for Payroll specialist
- Understand about goverment labour laws
- Good communication skill and good personality
- Good in time management
- Familiar with the administration of some psychological test
- Familiar with Ms. Office, Google Drive and another tools needed
- Willing to work in Kendal, Central Java
