Job Overview: As an HRGA Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing human resources and general affairs activities within the company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring employee satisfaction and operational efficiency, while supporting the company’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing employment offers.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation, managing employee records, and conducting exit procedures.
- Supervise employee performance evaluations and development plans to ensure alignment with company strategic objectives.
General Affairs Management:
- Manage company facilities and equipment to ensure effective and safe operation.
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including procurement, equipment maintenance, and safety measures.
- Administer employee welfare and benefits programs, including health insurance, dining arrangements, and leave management.
Government and Regulatory Compliance:
- Familiarize with Indonesian labor laws and related regulations to ensure company practices comply with legal requirements.
- Assist in developing and updating company HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current regulations and company policies.
Employee Relations and Communication:
- Maintain good employee relations, handle employee issues and complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in organizing internal training and development programs to promote employee skills enhancement and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
