Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, K3 or Environmental or Engineering.
- Have knowledge on implementation of ISO140001, ISO 90001, Quality and any other safety and social audit will be preferable.
- Experienced as SHE Officer min. 3 years.
- Holding certificate AK3 Umum from KEMENAKER.
- Have strong leadership and good analytical.
- Have strong capability and knowledge in regulations, reporting and site work.
- Proficient in English both writing and speaking.
 
Job descriptions :
- Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures for the organization.
- Conducting risk assessments and creating strategies to reduce the risks to the organization, employees, and the environment.
- Providing advice and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental matters.
- Conducting investigations and root cause analysis of incidents, accidents, and near misses, and proposing corrective actions.
- Coordinating and leading training programs for employees to ensure that they are aware of health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures.
- Managing relationships with regulatory agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the organization complies with local and international regulations and standards.
- Ensure the running of the ISO, FCCA, Social Compliance, Security and other program that required by the government and or customer and maintain its documentation.
- Perform Audit (Internal and External), Review and conduct inspection to ensure compliance to regulation.
Support activities to reduce accidents, incidents, customer complaints and internal quality deviations.
