Job Description:
 
- Sett up  and prepare HSE, General Affair settings for the operational company.
- Creating safety programs to address the company’s specific needs, such as risk and hazard assessments, emergency response plans, safety patrols, and safety audits.
- Establishing overall safety objectives and strategies, ensuring consistency across plants to align with company goals.
- Ensure the implementation of Company’s HSE policies and procedure is in accordance with applicable regulations
- Provide module and conduct HSE Awareness and Training for Employees/Contractors
- Carrying out regular HSE audits and report findings to management
- Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident & Incidents Investigation Report
- Performing safety audits and inspections, documenting findings, and recommending preventive measures for implementation. 
- Managing and conducting safety training sessions for employees and vendors to prevent accidents. 
- Reviewing and verifying workplace accident and incident reports to determine corrective actions. 
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the safety program, providing recommendations to management, executives, and employees for improvements.
- Setting, implementing, and developing health goals and programs, including factory facility audits and promoting healthy behaviors among employees. 
- Actively support to project, drilling and operation team in all aspects of occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
 
Job Specification:
 
- Bachelor Degree majoring Occupational Health and Safety (K3) from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
- Having min. 7 years’ proven experiences as HSE Manager, preferable experience in industry Manufacture Company.
- Having experience in developing HSE training Module and as a trainer would be beneficial.
- Familiar with Indonesian Occupational Health & Safety regulations and legal framework
- Able to work independently and supervise a team
- Understand K3 and Environment regulations & laws in Indonesia
- Understand the concept of ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001.
- Have related certificates such as ISO 14001, CSP (Certified Safety Professional), IOSH level 3, Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM), etc.
- Familiar with HSE Management System in aligned to recognized standard.
- Understand K3 and Environment regulations & laws in Indonesia
- Good computer literacy in word-processing and spreadsheet software, such as Ms. Word & Excel.
- Proficient in English and mandarin both oral and written.
- Ability to think and act strategically and proactively.
- Having strong problem-solving skill.
- Have excellent communication and coordination skills
- Willing to be placed in Central Java
