Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field
- Proven work experience with minimum 8 years as HCGA management role, preferably from garment industry
- In-depth knowledge of Labor law and regulations
- Fluency in spoken and written in English
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures 
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications and HRIS system
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal skill, and effective communication skills
- Work location in Bawen, Semarang
Job Descriptions :
- Collaborate with the management and team leaders to ascertain the needs for staffing, and understand the key functions of the roles. 
- Develop an implementation and management strategy within the scope of Recruitment, Training & Development, Organization & Development, Employee Relation and HRIS.
- Develop and integrate organizational efficiency and effectiveness through HR best practice that promotes a high standard of performance to achieve the Company’s corporate mission and goals.
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of the work program in accordance with unit and department performance standards.
- Develop employee competencies and capabilities, conduct individual performance assessments and feedbacks, and manage another aspect to achieve the specified performance quality.
- Implement standard quality management systems within the company SOP and serve as Management Representative.
