Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- As a part of the leadership team, manages the development and implementation of specific HR strategies and initiatives for the plant that support plant goals
- Participates in management meetings offering insight, recommendations and solutions for human resource issues that have impact to the plant/business and employees
- Working with Production Superintendent and Supervisors to implement policies/programs
- Talent recruitment, including talent acquisition, coordinating interviews with qualified applicants, and establishing an onboarding process for new recruits.
- Maintaining training and development programs for new recruits, as well as current team members who may need to be updated and trained on new processes and learn new skills.
                                                                                                                    
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field 
- Having min. 5 years working experience in the similar position with significant successful track record in consumer goods would be an advantage
- Deep understanding in all aspects of HR (talent acquisition, performance management, industrial relations, people development)
- Excellent decision-making, strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal, and ethical conduct skills
- Positive attitude, proactive, high level of energy, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
- Thorough knowledge of Health & Safety and Employment Standards
- Experience in change management for processes and people
- Willing to be placed in Semarang – Central Java
