About the role
Join PT.Jiale Indonesia Textile’ as a Human Resources professional in our Jepara, Central Java location. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in human resources and contribute to the growth and success of our textile manufacturing company.
What you’ll be doing
- End to end payroll process (Attendance, payroll calculation, compensation and benefit)
- Manage employee records, maintain personnel files, and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the company’s objectives
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with the payroll and benefits team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and recognition programs
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Have 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesia’s labour laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for contributing to the growth and development of the organization
