Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner (Generalist) located in Central Java. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for handling HR policies, employee relations, and labor & employment law compliance. Additionally, the role involves performance management, and the implementation of HR strategies. The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
- 3 – 5 years of experience in performing wide range of HR generalist duties
- Experience as HR in FMCG Company is a plus
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) principles
- Previous experience in recruitment, human resources operational, training & development, and general affairs
- Demonstrated experience in handling Employee Relations and Employment Law compliance
- Experience in Performance Management and implementation of HR strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent coaching and relationship building skills.
- Solutions orientation balanced with delivery focus.
- Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills within a process environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of company culture, policies, and procedures
