Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Understand and implement the strategic intentions and management culture of the headquarters company in Indonesia.
- Develop and implement HR strategies for the Indonesian company, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and vision.
- Participate in the formulation of the Indonesian company’s medium and long-term development plans, providing professional advice on HR and administrative management.
Organizational Structure and Staffing:
- Design and optimize the organizational structure of the Indonesian company, ensuring coordination and cooperation between departments.
- Recruit for key positions across various departments within the Indonesian company.
- Manage and guide the recruitment process, ensuring staffing meets business needs for both the local team and expatriate staff.
Human Resource Management:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, addressing employee relations issues and disputes.
- Build and promote an excellent corporate culture in the Indonesian company, enhancing employee satisfaction and loyalty.
Administrative Management:
- Coordinate and manage overall administrative functions of the Indonesian company.
- Maintain and manage company assets and qualification documents.
Cross-Cultural Communication and Coordination:
- Establish and maintain effective communication mechanisms to ensure smooth information flow between headquarters, overseas subsidiaries, and expatriate teams.
- Manage and resolve issues in a cross-cultural work environment, promoting understanding and integration of diverse cultures.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Assess and manage risks related to HR and administrative management, including legal, operational, and reputational risks.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies and procedures of the group.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an Indonesian university is preferred.
- Min 5 years of Human Resources experiences. Familiar with full spectrum in HR Generalist.
