- Min.3 years experience in the same position

Job Description :
- Managing recruitment and hiring process
- Administering and educating employee benefit
- Managing employee development
- Maintaning employee relation
- Have a good knowledge about legal and compliance practice
- Familiar with Human Resources System, KPI, Perfomance Appraisal
- Have a good knowledege about payroll system, BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan
- Responsible for carrying out supervision or performance carried out by Supervisors in monitoring daily operations
- Conduct system reviews and system updates according to operation.
