- Operating and monitoring ice making machines to maintain optimal ice production levels.
- Performing routine cleaning and maintenance of ice machines.
- Monitoring and optimizing ice production to meet daily targets.
- Identifying and resolving production issues with ice making equipment.
- Adjusting operating parameters on ice machines to maintain quality standards.
- Scheduling and coordinating production runs based on demand.
- At least 3-5 Years of working experience in this related field.
- Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tool.
Required skills and knowledge:
Understanding of ice making machinery and operation
Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices related to ice production
Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
Attention to detail to maintain consistent ice quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
