Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Monitors production lines through cycle study to help improve efficiency
2. Identifies bottle neck operation, low performers and conduct cycle check
3. Works together with the management to determine which machines and operators required
4. Coordinates with production leaders in maintaining balanced and normal workflow
5. Generates hourly target based on SMV and manpower
6. Shows potential capacity of operators by means of cycle checks
7. Coordinates to the supervisor regarding output and efficiency
8. Monitor the QCO Quick Changeover COPT and COT
9. Monitor the MMS – Request repair machine
10. Update MES – QCS software for every new style and share to production endline QC the QR code report
11. Quarterly update sewing operator skill matrix
12. Share to management the daily activity of QCO
13. Monthly update the skill grade and performance of operator that will end contract
