About The Company:
- The working venue is in Semarang.
- Our client is a Logistics company. Currently, they are looking for Mandarin Speaker Import Customer Service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer maintenance, quotations, and exceptions.
- Responsible for daily follow up operation, cost application, customs clearance, delivery and receipt, bill confirmation and collection, data filing, etc.
- Consultation on export and import business, SOP process optimization, complete the work with the port of departure/destination.
- Assist the superior to complete other jobs.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates are Welcome.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Mandarin high conversational level and basic English.
- Maximum 80 years old.
- Conscientious, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork skills, high efficiency to carry pressure, strong service consciousness service skills and certain social activity ability.
