Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities: 
- Customer Service Import.
- Receiving SI: Check the commodity, Check the Terms and Check GW and MEAS). 
- Updating Schedule: Sailing list on system. 
- Updating schedule to customer monthly basis.
- Attend all inquiry from customer, affiliates.
- Responsible for the Documents and Administration matters. 
- To follow up with customer for Final SI for preparation of HBL (House Bill of Lading)/ MBL (Master Bill of Lading). 
- To follow up on PIB / NPI (Nota Pelayanan Import) with customers. 
- To follow up on COO (Certificate of Origin) / Insurance application with vendor and customer. 
- To send Pre-Alert docs to destination office.
- To follow up with customer for final BL release, to keep a record of when the BLs was delivered to customer. 
- To ensure filing is done is order for file checker to issue invoice and close file. 
- Proper & timely response on emails, drafting BL & manifesting until invoicing. 
- Any other tasks that may be assign in course of employment.
Job Requirements: 
- The candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, in any field. 
- Cooperative, Communicative, and Responsible person.
- Originally and staying in Semarang areas would be a plus. 
- Willing to be placed at Semarang areas. 
- Full-time employee position.
