About The Company:
- The working venue is in Semarang.
- Our client is a Japanese Logistics company. Currently, they are looking for Import Export CS Staff. 
Job Responsibilities:
- Help manage current customer accounts.
- Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.
- Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
- Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
- Handle EXIM work.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experienced in forwarding (Import Export + CS) min. 1 year.
- More than high conversational proficiency in English.
- Willing to be placed in Semarang.
