Hiring : Import Specialist
Position Overview
The Import specialist is responsible for Import License Regulation and Registration, then meet time available from the company to catch production timing.
Position Requirements & Key Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in clearing & forwarding, PIB Input, and customs specially Import License Regulation and Registration fabric – steel – metal– plastic, etc
- PPJK certification.
- Familiar with country import and export regulations and company legal document
- Experience in general shipping matters – i.e., Letters of Credit, shipping documentation, claims, clearance, freight, shipment INCO terms, etc.
- PC skills with an emphasis on spreadsheets and data base programs. Well versed in MS Office software.
- Proactive high-service mindset.
- Good communication & teamwork skills – oral & written.
- Organization, analytical & prioritization skills – able to multi-task under time pressure.
- Ability to identify, drive and resolve issues with other groups proactively and effectively.
