About us
PT Adventa Biotech International is Pharmaceutical Products Industry for Humans & Medical Devices Industry based on Kawasan Industri Kendal (KIK), Central Java.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum D3 MIPA/engineering graduate and equivalent, fresh graduate or have experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry for at least 1 year in the same field.
- Have knowledge in occupational safety and health standards.
- Have knowledge of good labor management and regulations.
- Master English (passive).
- Have knowledge and experience in Good Manufacturing Practices for Medical Devices (CPAKB), ISO 13485 and cGMP.
- Understand in depth about the quality control process for medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct sampling for raw materials, packaging materials and intermediate/bulk products.
- Conduct visual inspection and physical or chemical testing of raw materials or components received to ensure compliance with established specifications.
- Check certificates of analysis (COA), quality certificates, or other supporting documents included with raw materials or components.
- Make reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to the QC supervisor on performance and quality and all improvements in the IPC section.
- Manage quarantine areas for raw materials or components that are held because they do not meet quality standards.
- Prepare samples of finished product residue and samples for stability testing.
- Implement a good and correct recording system.
